Health Safety
Many countries have reduced flights because of COVID-19, your packages maybe take longer to deliver than normal, but we will do our best to ship your order earlier. We beg for your understanding.
Payment Confirmation
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
  • Once the payment is verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.
Processing
  • It normally takes 3-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
  • It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, please refer to our preorder page for more detailed information.
  • If items are prepared in 24 hours in your order, then we can ship them in one day.
Shipping
  • Shipment takes approximately 8 to 30 business days to reach the destination countries.
  • Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with the International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.

Shipping Delays
  • Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
  • Usually, it takes about 30-90 days for some countries, We do offer compensation if the shipping is beyond the timeframe as stated on the shipping policy.
