Once items have been processed and shipped, a return/refund/exchange cannot be processed util it is delivered. Once items have recieved customers can then request a refund, we will at that point require that customer submits a request for refund. We will only refund their money after receiving and inspecting the item making sure its in the original packaging and unused. We will refund the full amount . In some cases, like if an item has been shipped we can refund the purchase price of the item back and hold back on shipping cost until we recieve the item back as a return.
